By default the
OAM LDAP read timeout is set to 2 seconds (2000 MS). To update the default
settings, we must edit the OAM-Config.XML and add a setting for timeout.
to increase timeout to 4 second please update OAM-Config.XML file below parameter.
<Setting Name="LdapReadTimeout" Type="xsd:string">4000</Setting>
after making this change please restart OAM Admin and OAM Managed servers
