if any of these error are coming while configuring 11gR2PS2 with OID 10.1.4.3.0 cause this issue than it is a bug.

Solution:
it is a bug. OIM 11gR2ps2 OID connector OID-11.1.1.6.0 configuring with OID 10g cause this.

 I you want to work around this issue install Oracle_OID_9.0.4.14.0.tar (older version). it work with both OIM 11gR2PS2 and OID 10g.
